Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own DTC client accounts end-to-end, including strategy, optimization, and direct client communication. You will audit before touching accounts and defend your decisions with data.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately, optimize PMax, and own feed and tracking across GA4/GTM/Shopify. Remote work is allowed worldwide with client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce; report CPA, ROAS, revenue, and changes.
• Fluent in English; communicate with clients directly.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax; not just search.
• Ability to audit accounts and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Own the client relationship; no intermediary.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; provide Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google’s automation on a leash; audit sitelinks and auto assets.
• Own the feed and Shopping delivery; ensure Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed assets.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
