Sweat Pants Agency Llc seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will lead discovery, audits, and optimizations across search, Shopping, and YouTube, with direct client contact and accountability for results.

You will defend attribution choices, optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and drive growth for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. Remote role requiring US hours for client calls; strong ownership and rapid iteration are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and decisions to clients.
• Proficiency across the full ad stack and attribution.
• Strong client communication and direct accountability for results.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, and tracking.
• Respect and defend attribution models, focus on incremental impact.
• Lead client calls, present plans and results, and own outcomes.
