Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the end-to-end Google Ads stack for client brands. You will lead client communications, audit campaigns, and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, building landing pages and tracking to prove impact beyond vanity metrics.

Remote role with US East hours; you’ll work directly with 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands and manage large monthly budgets across Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to communicate with clients and defend decisions.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Shopify tracking and conversions.
• Ability to own and report on the full funnel and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets range from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit before touching accounts: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking, Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately to show true impact.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center) and the tracking setup; ensure numbers reconcile across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
