Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for remote work. You will own the Google Ads landscape for DTC/eCommerce clients, from strategy to execution. You will directly engage clients, run end-to-end campaigns, audit accounts, and optimize funnels across Feed, Shopping, PMax, and landing pages.

You’ll defend your calls and be measured by growth not vanity metrics. We value independence, data-driven decision making, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with real-money spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English communication for client-facing work.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping and Google Ads optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist and client-facing lead.
• Audit campaigns before making changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Differentiate Brand vs Non-Brand campaigns and report separately.
