Paired, a remote-first growth agency, is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will manage budgets from entry-level to six-figure monthly spends, craft attribution plans, and present data-driven results directly to clients.

You should be fluent in English, comfortable taking client calls during US Eastern hours, and capable of building landing pages and clever growth experiments.

• Demonstrated Google Ads proficiency with real-money campaigns.

• Strong data analysis to drive growth decisions.

• Own a Google Ads portfolio end-to-end across DTC/eCommerce accounts.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results and plans.
• Audit accounts and optimize structure, keywords, bidding, and tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; develop scalable assets and pages.
