Job summary

Paired is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts. You will act as the primary client contact, presenting plans, updates, and the reasoning behind outcomes.

You will own the funnel—from feed to landing page—across PMax, Shopping, and YouTube, and you will defend your attribution approach with data. You should be fluent in the full stack of digital marketing tools, with hands-on experience managing real money and delivering incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and demonstrable results (CPA/ROAS).
• Fluency with the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• Ability to defend attribution models and drive incremental growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages to influence outcomes.
• Communicate decisions clearly during US Eastern hours; own outcomes.
