Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will communicate directly with clients, defend your decisions, and manage the entire funnel across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube.

The role emphasizes incremental growth, non-blended metrics, and hands-on optimization. You will work with multiple DTC/eCommerce brands, running large monthly spend, owning the feed and tracking, and building landing pages and scripts as

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to discuss CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made.
• Knowledge of PMax, Shopping and brand search impact.
• Experience presenting results directly to clients without an intermediary.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Understand PMax contributions and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed, product titles, promotions and how feed affects Shopping/PMax.
• Own tracking setup in GA4, GTM, Shopify goals and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offer, AOV, landing pages and checkout.
