Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from remote anywhere. You will manage budgets from moderate to very large, defend decisions to clients, and own attribution, feed, tracking, and landing page optimization.

You will work directly with clients as their main contact and drive growth through DTC campaigns. You will audit, optimize, and build the assets needed to move numbers, including landing pages and scripts.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.
• Audit every takeover before touching anything: structure, terms, bidding, measurement.
• Separate brand vs non-brand to optimize and report distinctly.
• Know PMax and incremental CAC considerations.
• Limit reliance on Google's automated recommendations.
• Own the feed and Shopping delivery.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix them across creative, offers, and pages.
• Build the assets the account needs (landing pages, scripts, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Google accounts for multiple DTC brands.
• Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, negatives, bids, and tracking before changes.
• Maintain separate reporting for Brand and Non-brand campaigns.
• Explain PMax performance and ensure proper CAC assessment.
• Oversee feed hygiene and Shopping performance; manage tracking setup.
