Job summary

Paired is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts. You will be the client’s direct contact, presenting results and plans, and defending your calls with data. You will manage feeds, shopping, PMax, YouTube, pages, and conversions.

You should be fluent in English, able to work US Eastern hours, and comfortable acting as the primary owner of both brand and non-brand strategies for incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Audit before touching any account to understand structure, terms, and tracking.
• Own the client relationship; you are the direct point of contact and present plans and results.
• Manage end-to-end: feeds, Merchant Center, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and tracking.
• Communicate fluently in English and defend your attribution stance with data.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no account manager between you and the client.
• Conduct a real audit: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding by campaign type, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
