Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, talking directly with clients, presenting results and plans, and defending your decisions. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.

You will audit, optimize across PMax, Shopping, GA4, GTM, landing pages, and testing; you will own tracking and attribution. You must communicate in English with clients during US Eastern hours and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real budgets and measurable results.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce campaigns and PMax.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end with direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities to measure impact.
• Own attribution and defend your decisions to clients.
• Be available for US Eastern hours and communicate clearly with clients.
