Job summary

Paired is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own Google Ads accounts end-to-end for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will audit, optimize, and report directly to clients, ensuring clear value and measurable growth.

You will balance brand and direct response, optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and coordinate feeds, landing pages, and GA4 tracking. Remote role with US Eastern hours for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made.
• Fluent English and strong client communication.
• Willing to work US Eastern hours; remote location allowed.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with structured review and Loom walkthrough.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage it with incremental CAC thinking.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and product data.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the necessary landing pages or scripts.
