Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own end-to-end Google accounts, manage substantial monthly spend, and defend attribution decisions to clients.

The role requires deep expertise across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, plus landing page and tracking ownership. You will work remotely with US Eastern-hour client calls, shaping growth strategies for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands and delivering accountable results with minimal

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce; ability to measure CPA/ROAS and explain changes.
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication.
• Ability to own the entire funnel and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything; present findings to client.
• Run Brand and non-brand as separate entities; report them separately.
• Own feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
