Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a set of DTC accounts, manage budgets from $5k per month to six figures, and serve as the client’s direct point of contact. You will audit accounts before touching them and defend your decisions in client calls.

You will own the entire funnel across Google channels, including Feed, Merchant Center, PMax, YouTube, and landing pages, and you will build assets and pages when needed.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
• Audit every account before you touch it: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately for meaningful insights.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs non-branded volumes to set realistic targets.

Responsibilities

• You are the account manager with direct client contact and ownership of results.
• Own the full funnel: Feed, Merchant Center, Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and tracking.
• Defend your decisions and communicate updates clearly to clients.
• Build what the account needs: landing pages, scripts, and reporting. We value practical builds with AI.
