Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will audit, optimize, and defend your decisions to clients, focusing on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS metrics.

You will work remotely with a global team, owning the client relationship, deployment, and reporting. Strong communication in English and hands-on experience with Google Ads and AI-assisted optimization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with real-money Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce growth.
• Ability to own end-to-end Google Ads funnel and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of attribution (NC-CPA, NC-ROAS) and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as the client’s direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate entities and optimize PMax.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets.
• Explain and defend optimization decisions to clients.
