Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands from a remote location. You will talk to clients directly, present the plan, and defend your calls based on growth impact.

You will manage feed, campaigns, attribution, and testing across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. US East hours required for calls; outputs measured by real business growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Comfort working across time zones and taking client calls in US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and report distinctly.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene for product data.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions) and reconcile numbers.
• Build or script landing pages and tests as needed.
