Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end Google Ads accounts, act as the client point of contact, and defend your calls with data-driven reasoning.

The role emphasizes NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, attribution clarity, and proactive growth across DTC and eCommerce brands. You will run and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, with a focus on landing pages, feeds, and tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to articulate attribution and holdout analysis; optimize NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Define and defend attribution approach, ensuring incremental value is measured.
