Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in tech recruitment and start-up/scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience and ability to hire internationally.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top tech talent globally, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and new sourcing channels.
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close and conduct structured interviews.
• Contribute to employer branding and relationships with passive talent.
