You will work closely with leadership to shape recruitment as the team scales beyond 100 employees, with a fully remote, Europe-facing arrangement.
The role demands 3+ years in recruitment, including tech, global sourcing experience, and fluent English.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
- Global sourcing experience with track record from major tech hubs
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
- Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration skills
- Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset
- Comfortable hiring for AI-driven products
Responsibilities
- Map and engage top talent globally, including passive candidates
- Help implement AI-first recruitment stack and test sourcing strategies
- Build long-term relationships with passive talent to anticipate needs
- Own candidate journey from discovery to close
- Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content
