You will work closely with the CEO and leaders to source internationally, build an AI-forward recruitment stack, and shape hiring as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

This role offers a fully remote setup and a competitive remuneration depending on experience, with contract type flexible as a B2B

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience targeting major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent globally, including passive candidates.
• Help implement AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents and niche communities.
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close; conduct structured technical interviews.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and AI talent content.
