David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role is remote and globally focused, working with the CEO and leaders to scale internationally across functions, with emphasis on tech.

The position supports building a strong employer brand and shaping recruitment as the company expands beyond 100 employees. The candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process, conduct structured interviews, and implement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy.
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, including candidates who are not actively applying
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels to find exceptional talent
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies that keep the quality bar high
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content that position the company as a leading destination for AI talent
