Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will recruit internationally across all functions, with a focus on tech. This is a remote, B2B contracted role, working with the CEO and leaders to scale beyond 100 employees.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment (2+ in tech), global sourcing experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack
• Build and maintain relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
