The role is fully remote in Europe, on a B2B contract, with responsibilities spanning from discovery calls to final close and employer branding. Strong English and startup experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Ownership mindset and collaborative approach
• Comfortable hiring for AI/NSFW content products

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top global tech talent
• Implement an AI-first recruitment stack
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture
• Test AI sourcing tools and strategies
