David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be the third TA specialist, collaborating with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally with a strong tech focus, as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

This fully remote, B2B contract role involves building an AI-first recruitment stack, engaging top talent globally, and guiding candidates from discovery to close while shaping recruitment strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM, etc.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with balance of execution and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and AI sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing tech aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
