You will recruit internationally across all functions with a tech focus, acting as the third specialist and collaborating closely with leaders to scale beyond 100 employees.

The role is European, remote, and involves building an AI-first recruitment stack, engaging passive candidates, and owning the end-to-end hiring journey while shaping recruitment as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Experience in startup or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top tech talent globally
• Help implement AI-first recruitment stack
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test AI sourcing tools and strategies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
