David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company with over 50 million users to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be their third specialist, collaborating with the CEO and leaders to hire internationally across functions, with a strong tech focus.

This fully remote role (Europe, remote) offers a flexible B2B contract and the chance to help shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ability to own end-to-end recruitment process

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top tech talent globally
• Help implement AI-first recruitment stack
• Build and maintain relationships with passive talent
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for tech roles
• Test new sourcing strategies and AI tools
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
