Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will recruit internationally across functions, focusing on tech, and help shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

This is a remote, global role with a B2B contract structure. You will work closely with the CEO and leaders to map, attract, and hire top AI talent, managing the end-to-end candidate journey and contributing to employer branding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience and ATS familiarity.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture.
