Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience with a track record across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset
• Comfortable hiring for AI-driven products

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent globally across functions
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI sourcing tools and strategies
