Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root-cause analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle information accurately.
• Tech-oriented mindset; ability to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems and determine root causes.
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
