Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including policy, standard work, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes across the organization.

The role is remote within LATAM, with collaboration across global HR partners, and includes training, coaching, and ongoing career development as part of a comprehensive total

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience with end-to-end HR process execution in global/matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, KPIs, or compliance dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes including Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, decisions, intake, approvals, and KPI reporting aligned to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, and data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using Voice of the Customer and data-driven insights, including automation and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities including performance oversight and value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and stakeholder readiness.
