Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams and is remote in LATAM, with international collaboration across the global HR network.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR Operations or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes including Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, and risk/issue tracking to ensure on-time, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance, approval pathways, version control, audits, and data privacy alignment.
• Partner with Workday Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams for design, automation, reporting, data quality, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, playbooks, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends; explore AI-enabled/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
