Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including Standard Work, documentation, implementation, adoption, and governance. This role partners with COE, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, data/privacy, and regional stakeholders and will be remote in LATAM.

You will drive process design, governance, and continuous improvement, overseeing compensation planning, performance management, talent assessment, equity programs, and benefits enrollment with a focus on data

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, plus 7+ years in HR Operations or HR transformation.
• Experience executing end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to present process KPIs, adoption metrics, and data-quality measures to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes including Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits.
• Manage project plans, cadence, risk, issues, and escalations to meet milestones at scale.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday IT and HR teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for global use.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, performance data, and AI-enabled self-service.
• Lead vendor management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
