Job summary

Veralto is hiring a HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes across the LATAM region and beyond. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to enable scalable process design, governance, and continuous improvement.

This is a remote-friendly role based in LATAM with cross-functional impact. You will own governance, documentation, and changes to standards such as Compensation Planning, Performance, Talent

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, KPI reporting, and compliance with legal/data privacy.
