Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standards, governance, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

The role reports to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence and is remote within LATAM, with opportunities to influence compensation, performance, and benefits cycles

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, plus 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or BPM.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are hit.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and data privacy alignment across regions.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data & Application teams to enable scalable design and reporting.
• Create Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor management and contract/service expectations alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
