Veralto is hiring an HR Process Owner responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work documentation, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will partner with COEs, HRSS, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes.

The role sits in the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team (LATAM) and will be remote.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR operations, shared services, or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR process improvements in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design and govern HR processes.
• Proven ability to develop process performance reports, dashboards, and adoption metrics for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation, PM, Talent, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to deliver milestones compliantly at scale.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enable design, automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Create Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
