Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and adoption. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance across regions.

This remote LATAM role offers opportunities to drive improvements and partner with global HR teams. The role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and requires strong English fluency, 7+ years in HR

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• End-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Establish and maintain process governance, KPI reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, guides, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement informed by feedback, data trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities for value alignment and performance.
