Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, standard work, and governance from LATAM with remote flexibility. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to drive improvements and compliance across HR cycles.

You have 7+ years in HR operations or transformation, strong Workday experience, and proven ability to deliver KPI-driven results in a global or matrixed environment. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, service outcomes, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent assessment, equity nomination, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, daily management routines, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, intake and prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, and data quality.
