Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR functional processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, measurement, controls, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions and functions.
• Maintain governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Data & Privacy, and regional teams to enable scalable process design and reporting.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and standard work to ensure consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data-driven insights.
