Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, shaping standards, governance, and documentation. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to drive scalable process design, automation, and data quality across LATAM, with a remote work setup.

The role requires 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation, a BA/BS, fluency in English, and hands-on work with enterprise HRIS like Workday.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs.
• Fluent in English; experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standards, documentation, and governance.
• Own lifecycle execution for processes such as compensation planning, performance management, equity nomination, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPI reporting, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams to enable scalable process design and automation.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and change-management plans to drive adoption.
