Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes and governance from LATAM with remote work flexibility. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

The role requires a BA/BS degree and 7+ years in HR operations or transformation, strong Workday experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Ability to present process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design and improve HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are completed timely and compliantly.
• Establish process governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
