Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from design to governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes and ensure compliant delivery across LATAM.

The role is remote with a Mexico-based, remote-friendly setup, offering ongoing development and a path to broader HR process leadership within a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy.
• Ability to develop and present process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with an enterprise HRIS (e.g., Workday).
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate delivery at scale.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and data teams to enable design, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from customer feedback and data trends.
• Lead vendor management and ensure value alignment.
• Develop communication and change-management plans to support launches.
