Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, from Standard Work to control and continuous improvement. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize HR processes and ensure high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

The position is part of the HR Shared Services / Policy & Process Excellence team and is remote in LATAM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management).
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, cycle performance, and data trends, including AI/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and align contracts with expected value.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
