Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, adoption, and governance. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, data/privacy, and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant processes across LATAM and beyond.

Based in LATAM and remote, the role reports to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence and focuses on continuous improvement, performance metrics, and change management to support global HR cycles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent; 7+ years in HR operations or related fields.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes globally or in matrixed orgs.
• Ability to develop process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Experience with Enterprise HRIS (Workday) and English fluency.
• Collaborates with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations.
• Establish process governance, KPI reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, data trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
