Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and governance. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto’s LATAM and global footprint.

This remote role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
• Ability to design, govern, and improve HR processes globally.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions.
• Manage project plans, governance, and KPI reporting for compliance and scale.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
• Lead change management and communications for cycle launches and enhancements.
