Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and data privacy teams to drive consistent talent outcomes.

Based in LATAM with a remote-friendly setup, you will shape governance, analytics, and automation to scale HR operations and enhance user experiences for associates and leaders

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translating global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Owning lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance, Talent).
• Managing project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establishing governance, intake/prioritization, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Partnering with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation and integrations.
• Building Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for regional consistency.
• Driving continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends.
• Leading vendor-management activities and change-management plans.
