Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize governance and standard work while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This remote role supports LATAM and international stakeholders. You will own process lifecycle for Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity programs, and Benefits Enrollment, driving continuous

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or process management.
Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
Experience presenting process performance data to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with Workday or comparable HRIS and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable standards and execution requirements.
Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., compensation, performance, benefits enrollment).
Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
Establish process governance, decision rights, approvals, and KPI reporting in line with regulatory and data privacy needs.
Collaborate with IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams to enable scalable design and automation.
