Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end, global HR processes from LATAM, with remote options. You will own lifecycle execution for Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment, partnering with COEs, HRSS, IT, and regional teams.

You will develop Standard Work, training materials, playbooks, and governance, driving continuous improvement with data, automation, and AI-enabled self-service, while managing vendor

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 7+ years in HR operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global/matrix environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; strong English.
• Ability to present process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to deliver milestones compliantly at scale.
• Establish process governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal/regulatory requirements.
