Job summary

Awin in Argentina is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving contractors across the U.S. You will troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through workflows, and deliver product demonstrations to help users navigate the SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer support, strong English skills, and comfort with CRM tools. You will work from a home office with reliable internet and participate in ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
English fluency (spoken and written).
Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or related tools.
Experience delivering platform demonstrations or onboarding sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive attitude and ownership in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, filings, and usage.
Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes with clear explanations.
Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features.
Investigate issues by analyzing information and root causes.
Own issues from contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
