Job summary

Grupo Abans is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role to support a fast-growing SaaS platform serving contractors across the U.S. in the construction permitting space.

You will assist customers via phone, guide platform navigation, and resolve technical inquiries, delivering an outstanding customer experience from your LATAM base. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, fluent English, and experience with SaaS, CRM tools, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRMs.
• Experience conducting platform demos or software walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows to enable self-resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information and determining root causes.
• Take ownership from initial contact through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working and maintain satisfaction.
