Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct platform demos and explain features to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to own customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and filings.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with step-by-step demos.
• Conduct platform demonstrations to showcase key features.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and determine actions.
• Own cases from contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction remains high.
