Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing clearly.
- Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems.
- Ability to demo platforms and explain workflows to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and filings.
- Guide customers through features and workflows step by step.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for onboarding.
- Investigate root causes and determine best action, with ownership.
- Follow up to confirm solutions and ensure positive experience.
- Escalate complex cases and communicate clearly with customers.
